"Danny is not only a agent of mine but a good friend as well I have been with state farm for over 20 years and believe me when I say that state farm and I have had are ups and downs with claims but no matter how upset I get Danny is there to calm me down and fix or get to the problem that's aggravating me Rene is also right there helping in an situation she can and is also very knowledgeably and explaining things that some of us customers don't understand what's even better than all of this is I am actually talking to my agents and not somebody from another country that don't even know me or that can speak English I love the staff at state farm in highland indiana love you guys Robert jakich"
